Force a Windows shortcut to open Maximized

 For anyone who likes all their all their windows maximized, it can be frustrating when a program doesn't open maximized. Follow the below steps to make any shortcut always open the program as full screen in Windows.

1.     Right-click on any Windows shortcut and click Properties.
2.   In the shortcut Properties window (as shown below) in the Run: section click the down arrow and choose Maximized.
3.  Once the above steps have been completed click Ok and open the program.
